Return Policy:

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS: PWR cannot offer any refunds for digital products including eBooks or access to the member's area. This is due to the content being supplied immediately via email and can therefore not be revoked. We cannot manage our visitors' channel subscriptions, this is something you must do yourself. If our visitor inquiries about canceling their subscription you can do it from your profile on your site. We can provide the following instructions to your visitors should they wish to cancel a subscription to cancel your subscription: 1) Select the relevant channel 2) Click the Profile iconto access your profile 3) On the pop-up click cancel the subscription. If you didn't unsubscribe your channel before payment the money is nonrefundable.

 

  1. IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED: If the shipping time has expired and customer support cannot find a solution to fulfill your order we will offer you a replacement order to send you the goods again.

 

  1. RETURNS BY CUSTOMER: Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.

Statement on Colors:

Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor. Different computer screens, operating systems, and even web browsers have different color characteristics, so it is not possible to get a given color to look the same on every screen.
