Hi, I'm Natia Fedotoviene!
I want to share with you a little bit of my experience in the fitness industry. In 2017, I began my personal journey in the fitness space, but I have been in the sports field all my life. I began to study fitness at the university of sports faculty, after an intense, but really exciting personal transformation (of going from 80kg to 48kg), I decided to help other women to do the same!
Where I got more qualifications like CPT LEVEL 3 in Fitness and Personal Training and I am also a Nutritionist. And that's where I've created PWR, an online community and place for women, where they can workout and start taking care of themselves, providing daily tips, motivation that can help to create a healthy lifestyle.
